Return & Exchange Policy

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy since the day your order ships. If 30 days have gone by since your order has shipped, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Care within 3 DAYS of delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Defective items - Damaged or Faulty Goods:

  • If you have received a defective item, please contact Customer Care within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. During the return process, a photo of the damaged product will be required.
  • Teddy Lately will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper carrier care or handling or incorrect sizing purchase.
  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if attempting to return.
  • To be eligible for a return of damaged or faulty goods, goods must be unused and accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the warehouse.
  • When returned item is received and inspected by QA, customer will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the acceptance and status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Goods exempt from being returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Perishable goods such as intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Liquid products (i.e., sanitizers, lotions)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Monogrammed
  • Personalized
  • Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Face Masks
  • Hair Accessories
  • Hosiery

 Certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after time of shipment, or 3 days if it is a damaged product.

Start A Return: 

  • To start a return, contact our Customer Care. If this is a return for a damaged product, we will follow up with you via email so you can send us pictures.
  • All items refunded will be charged back to the customers original form of payment at the items' original purchase price.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • For returns, it is a good idea to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us Customer Care.
